Protected products may periodically verify license validity, authorized domains, permitted environments, feature entitlements, software compatibility, and cloud capabilities.

Unauthorized, modified, tampered, redistributed, or invalid licenses may result in restricted access to protected functionality.

Updates are provided according to the purchased license and applicable plan.

We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features, provided such changes comply with applicable law.

Products may eventually enter maintenance mode, reach End-of-Life (EOL), or be permanently retired.

All software, source code, documentation, branding, trademarks, graphics, cloud algorithms, recommendation systems, semantic engines, AI models, APIs, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of Dudes Marketplace unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, and unforeseen technical events may temporarily affect service availability.
